Love

Launched in 2010, Chloé Love is a floral woody musk built on an unmistakably powdery core. Pink pepper and African orange flower open with a soft sparkle before a dense bouquet of iris, lilac, hyacinth, heliotrope and wisteria takes over. The effect is cosmetic and retro: cool violet-leaf greenness from the hyacinth and lilac, almond-tinged softness from heliotrope, and a rooty, suede-like iris that keeps everything from turning sugary. In the base, powdery notes, rice and musk extend the texture into something quiet and skin-close, with rice adding a dry, almost starchy smoothness that collectors of early-2010s powdery florals will recognise.

This is not a loud fragrance. It suits someone who wants a polished, slightly old-fashioned elegance for daytime, office or spring and early summer wear, and who enjoys iris-forward compositions more than fruit or gourmand sweetness. Because powder dominates the accords, test on skin if you usually find iris sharp or soapy. The original bottle and older batches are the ones collectors seek, as later reformulations can read flatter and less nuanced.

Chloé Love（2010）係一支以粉感為主軸嘅花香木質麝香。前調粉紅胡椒同非洲橙花先帶出輕微亮感，跟住鳶尾、丁香、風信子、天芥菜同紫藤組成濃密花束，聞落似舊式化妝品同爽身粉，帶少少青綠同杏仁感。基調嘅粉香、米同麝香令整體更貼膚、乾爽，米香有種澱粉質嘅柔滑，係早期粉感花香收藏家會認得嘅質地。

氣質斯文、低調，唔搶鼻，適合返工、日間或春夏使用；鍾意鳶尾主導、唔愛甜膩果香或美食調嘅人會啱。由於粉感比例極高，如果平時覺得鳶尾刺鼻或皂感重，建議先試上皮。原裝舊批次通常層次較好，後期版本可能偏平。
